ハンガリーでインターネットを利用する人に課税する法案が検討されています。

先月下旬、ハンガリー政府が議会に提出したのは、インターネットを利用する際の通信料に応じて、
課税するという法案。
内容は１Ｇ（ギガ）の通信料につき、１５０フォリント（約６７円）を課税し、課税上限は個人は７７０フォ
リント（約３１０円）、法人などの事業者には５０００フォリント（約２２２０円とするもの。
これに対し、同国民のネットユーザーなどは猛反対。
２６日から、首都ブダペストで１０万人以上が集まる大規模な抗議デモが行われています。

かなり大規模なデモですが、対して日本でも同様の税案が出た際にはどうなるのでしょうか・・？
