（バキッ）地球へようこそ！

リミックスアーティストのMELODYSHEEPが、異星人侵略映画の傑作「インデペンデンス・デイ」を1つの楽曲に再構成しました。印象的なシーンのセリフがそのまま歌詞になっており、映画の記憶がよみがえります。

本編の映像がふんだんに使われているので、未見の方はネタバレにご注意ください。

「インデペンデンス・デイ」は1996年の映画なので、今からもう20年前の作品。曲のタイトルにもなっている「Welcome to Earth」というフレーズは、ウィル・スミスが演じる主人公スティーブンが、戦闘機から出てきたエイリアンをパンチで気絶させてから放つ一言です。「あ、宇宙人って殴っていいんだ」という目から鱗のシーンでした。
